Shipping and Returns
Your order will be shipped via UPS, US Postal Service (USPS), or Federal Express. We primarily use UPS "Ground" service so that we can easily track orders. Products shipped to P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. We can ship items outside of the United States as long as UPS or USPS delivers to the location. (Additional shipping charges will be added.) If you require a different shipping method than the options offered to you when checking out, please call 607.248.1488 during regular business hours for assistance.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) purchased plus required shipping materials. Orders shipped outside of the United States require extra charges.
Please allow approximately 10 days for shipping, though most orders will arrive sooner. If you have a question about the status of your shipment please call 607.248.1488. If the package was shipped via UPS or FedEx, we can track your package and let you know when to expect it.
- Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a sales receipt. Items returned without a sales receipt must be verified and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Sale and special order merchandise may not be returned.
- Postage is non-refundable.
