Description and Pricing
The Museum provides several unique spaces to hold receptions, dinners, small professional conferences, lectures, and corporate events for a rental fee.
Wedding ceremonies, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions; political and religious events; class reunions and fundraising activities are not permitted.
Orientation Gallery
Capacity: 50 reception Price: $600*
This gallery includes the lobby and rotunda area that greets the Museum's visitors upon arrival and is suitable for a small reception. The space is set in front of the Museum's gift shop fashioned as a western Trading Post and underneath Frederick Carder's magnificent, 800- pound glass Indian Head.
Education Center
Capacity: 40 meeting 65 reception 50 dinner Price: $600*
This large space is utilized as the Museum's classroom area and does not display any works of art. Large windows in the space provide plenty of natural light making this room suitable for lectures, larger meetings or seminars.
Remington & Russell Lodge
Capacity: 50 reception 40 dinner 45 meeting Price: $600*
This unique gallery in the Museum invites visitors into a warm, intimate setting of a Western lodge to view works by some of the most famous western artists including Frederic Remington and Charles M. Russell. It is enhanced by a stone fireplace, Western-style furniture and light fixtures.  Terrace

The Terrace is a large, outdoor, rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Corning and provides a beautiful view of the area's surrounding hills.
Members' Gallery
Capacity: 16 meeting Price: $200*
This gallery also serves as a well-equipped conference room exhibiting original works of Western American art.
Visions of the West Gallery
Capacity: 100 reception 60 dinner 80 meeting Price: $1,800*
This space is reserved for rental by the Museum's high-end donors ($2,000 and above). The third-floor gallery is the Museum's largest; it displays works by many of the best-known artists in the Museum's collection.
* the prices are quoted for a four-hour period, the renter will be charged $100 for each additional hour after the stated period.
